In the year 2012-13, Rajasthan Pharmacist Employees Association was established by the active pharmacist colleagues of the state under the leadership of Shri Mahesh Yadav and he served as the first state president. Received affiliation from All Rajasthan State Employees Joint Federation in the union. After this, in 2015, Shri Janak Singh Shekhawat ji worked as the state president of the association.
In the year 2018, due to ideological deadlock, the union got divided into three pieces, but in the interest of pharmacists, under the leadership of the founder and first state president of the union, Mr. Mahesh Yadav ji and the then state president, Mr. Janak Singh Shekhawat ji, in March 2019, the union was formed by unifying the three pharmacist organizations. By reestablishing the present Rajasthan Pharmacists Employees Association (United) (RPEA(U)) was formed.
In the year 2020, for the first time, Sangh elections were held in which Shri Anand Sura ji won with an overwhelming majority and he was elected State President by all the district executives of the state. Under the leadership of Shri Anand Sura ji, the union struggled for the major demands of the pharmacist cadre like cadre formation, entry level grade pay-4200 (L-11), salary allowances and a total of 15-level demands, out of which it was successful in forming the pharmacist cadre achieved .
Presently, after the DPC meeting, the list of Pharmacist Grade 1st has also been released.
This was a Great achievement that is Pharmacist Cadre.

Once again elections were held in January 2024 in which Shri Tilak Chand Sharma Ji has been elected for the post of President. This union is currently the oldest, largest and only universally accepted union of serving pharmacists of Rajasthan, whose objective is only to protect and uplift the interests of the serving pharmacists. The Sangh will always strive for this.
Under the leadership of Shri Tilak Chand Sharma ji, the union struggled for the major demands of the pharmacist cadre entry level Grade pay-4200 (L-11), Salary allowances and many more demands.
